Shipping and delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to addresses in Germany .

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship shipments within Germany via DHL for 4.99€

When will my order be shipped?

All items offered by us are available for immediate delivery and will be dispatched within 48 hours (working days) sent.

Which shipping service provider do you use to send the packages?

We currently only offer DHL as a shipping service provider.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a DHL tracking number immediately after shipment to track your package.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

The address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Contact us immediately and we can try to cancel the order, provided the package hasn't left our shipping warehouse yet.

Do you also ship to a DHL Packstation?

Yes, shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible. Please enter the relevant information in the shipping form for the delivery address .

My package could not be delivered, what now?

Your package will remain at the respective store for several days, awaiting your pickup. If you fail to collect the package within the specified timeframe, it will be automatically returned to us, and we will contact you. If we don't receive a response from you, the money will be refunded to your original payment method.
